Introduction

I recently started on the path of building my own new APP with Flutter. Being a personal project entirely on my free time, it has been a real challenge to build a product that in my opinion has an high quality, good scalability and easy maintainable code.

The app name is Team Spot, an app to animate sport teams and groups of friends who wish to organize regular events and need a tool to get track of everyone availability and preferences. It is just the first version that you can already find on the web at https://teamspot.club, and soon on Android and iOS. Entirely built with flutter I count on greatly increase the number of features over time.

Part of this was possible thanks to Visual Studio Code and how well it works with Flutter. Extensions and plugins also greatly increase the setup and readability of the dart code. Here it is my setup.

Disclaimer

All the extensions and packages listed below are the hard work of people who believe in helping out the developer communities and who love coding! If you love one of these extensions, please do not hesitate to support them! You often have a link in the extension description, and even just buying them a coffee (aka send them few euros) may be of great help to keep up the quality of their job and thank them !
